Ranch rental for private parties is $50.00 per person plus tax
This does not include food or alcohol, minimum 10 persons
This price includes:
Dining in our elegant European style lodge, with private garden courtyard.
Exclusive use of 20 acres of mountain forests, meadows, creeks and fishing lakes.
Beautifully decorated tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware.
Activities include: Hiking trails through Pike National Forest, Bocce ball, Croquet, Horseshoes, Archery and Bonfires.
For groups larger than 30 guests there may be additional fees for rentals and decorations.
For groups larger than 70 our spacious 60’ x 40’ pavilion with French wall windows is available for your dining pleasure. The pavilion is surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and is bordered by a softly flowing stream and waterfall (Cost $2000.00).
The client may choose from a variety of caterers, including Emerald Valley Caterers; the price will be determined by the menu selected.
Emerald Valley will cater meals:
Brunch - $25.00 per person
Lunch - $25.00 per person
Dinner - $55.00 per person

Reservations
A non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of your reservation. The deposit is 50% of your projected bill. We can not hold event dates and dates can only be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. The balance is due 1 month prior to your scheduled event. Extra expenses that might occur while at the ranch will be due on departure. |
